Why a program, not a re-read

Certified when you demonstrate it, not when you finish it.
The program ends in a scored scenario, the Strong Ground Capstone. You choose its difficulty level, run it live with the AI tutor, and earn the Leaderwired: The Practice Certificate of Mastery with a score of 75 or better. There is no certificate for watching; there is one for doing it under pressure.
Certificates you earn are yours permanently, downloadable as a branded PDF from your hub.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to have read the book?
No. The book and the program share one operating system, and each course opens with the idea it practices before the scenario begins. Readers will recognise the ground; everyone else meets it in the room.
Can I buy one course instead of the program?
Yes. Each of the six courses is $49 on its own, with a year of access. The full program is $294 — the six courses at $49 each — and includes the Strong Ground Capstone, which is where the Certificate of Mastery is earned.
How is the certificate earned?
By passing the Strong Ground Capstone: a scored scenario you run live with the AI tutor at the difficulty level you choose, with a score of 75 or better. Certificates you earn are permanent and download as a branded PDF from your hub.
What happens after I pay?

Is this part of the Leadership Ladder?
No. Like the EQ Gym, The Practice is a standalone program. The Leadership Ladder is the Institute's seven-program progression from new leader to executive, offered separately and included in the membership. Members can unlock The Practice's courses with their monthly credits.
Do I need to talk out loud, or can I type?
Either. The default is voice: you speak, the tutor speaks back. A text-input mode is one tap away if you're in a quiet office or prefer typing.
