Upskill your workforce at the speed of technology. Start with the leaders who multiply it.

Leaderwired Institute is one engine for every leader, at every level, in 17 languages: realistic practice, mastery-based evaluation, and coaching that turns knowing into doing at scale. See the AI tutor run a scenario from one of the Institute's live leadership courses, scored in front of you, with the reporting ledger your leadership team would read. Sixty minutes, with the people who own the decision. Then shape the rollout with Anna.

Why now

The skills your organization runs on are expiring faster than training can replace them.

39%

of workers' existing skills will be transformed or become outdated by 2030. Fifty-nine of every 100 workers will need training to keep up.

World Economic Forum, Future of Jobs Report 2025

63%

of employers name skill gaps as the biggest barrier to business transformation, and 85% plan to prioritize upskilling their workforce.

World Economic Forum, Future of Jobs Report 2025

95%

of enterprise GenAI pilots deliver zero measurable ROI. Most failures trace to people and process, not the technology.

MIT, NANDA initiative, 2025

Classroom cohorts, content libraries and scripted simulations were built for a world where skills lasted a career. Leaderwired Institute was built for one where they do not: every leader practices, is evaluated and is coached on one engine, and advances only on demonstrated mastery.

Built for rapid workforce upskilling

Every leader. Every level. Every language. Measured.

Every leader, every level

Sixteen programs and 124 courses, with a seven-rung Leadership Ladder from the first-time manager to the executive suite, so the whole bench develops on the same standard.

17 languages, never translated

Truly native, unscripted interactions in every language you operate in. One rollout covers the whole organization, not just headquarters.

Runs whenever your people do

No instructors to book and no calendar to wait on. The tutor and AI Coach Anna are available the moment a leader has thirty minutes, on any device.

Measured from day one

The Conversational Leadership Evaluation as a baseline, Competency Demonstration Scores earned inside the scenarios, a ninety-day re-evaluation, and a reporting ledger your leadership team can read.

How engagement begins

Three steps, then the loop takes over.

01

Start with a live demo

See it live: a scenario from one of our leadership courses, Competency Demonstration Scores, and the reporting ledger, then how it maps to the roles you are developing.

02

Shape the rollout

Choose the programs, languages, and the mix of Institute training, assessment, and coaching that fits your leadership bench.

03

Develop and demonstrate

Leaders progress by demonstrating capability, not by finishing content, and carry the work back into their real roles.

From there, every leader runs the Leaderwired Institute development loop and re-runs it at the next rung of the Leadership Ladder.

Pilot the program to experience the results.

Pilots start with one cohort of 25 leaders. Baseline: the Conversational Leadership Evaluation. Success: re-evaluation at ninety days.

Questions before the demo

What to expect from an enterprise inquiry

What happens in the demo?
Sixty minutes, with the people who own the decision. We run a scenario from one of the Institute's live leadership courses in front of you, show how the AI tutor adapts and how Competency Demonstration Scores are earned, and walk through the reporting ledger your HR and leadership teams would use. You bring the roles you are developing, and we shape the rollout from there. A few questions at booking help us prepare the demo around your roles.
How does a pilot work?
One cohort of 25 leaders. It opens with the Conversational Leadership Evaluation as a baseline and closes with a re-evaluation at ninety days, so success is measured on demonstrated change, not attendance. From there the rollout can reach every manager at every level.
Can we deploy across countries and languages?
Yes. Leaderwired Institute runs in 17 languages, never translated: every interaction is native and unscripted, so global teams develop on one methodology in their own language, with one reporting line.
How do we measure results?
Competency Demonstration Scores on the skills you chose, reported as Mastered, Solid or Developing per learner and per objective, a ledger your own evaluators can audit, and a re-evaluation at ninety days that shows exactly what changed. Adoption shows up as behavior, which is what the engine builds.
How does Leaderwired Institute fit an AI transformation that is already underway?
It develops the people the transformation depends on. Most enterprise GenAI pilots fail on people and process, not technology (MIT, NANDA initiative, 2025); the Institute practices the conversations, decisions and habits the new operating model requires, at every level, and proves who can now do what.
Who runs the demo and the deployment?
Justin Barnhill, co-founder and COO, leads enterprise demos, pilots and deployments, with the operational rigor of a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. The methodology inside the engine is Anna Barnhill's, calibrated against her judgment.
